Vehicle Purchase Process

Appointment and Viewing

Are you interested in one of our vehicles or a specific model? Viewings and test drives are possible anytime by appointment.

Please schedule your appointment by phone at +49 3361 3760 51 (also via WhatsApp) or by anfragen [ät] asf-autoservice [dot] de (email). Please have the vehicle number ready.

Please bring your driver's license with you for the test drive.

Trade-in of Your Used Car

Would you like to sell your current vehicle? We will gladly evaluate it on-site and provide you with a binding purchase price.

For the evaluation, we need the vehicle registration certificate (Part I) and the mileage.

Financing or Leasing

Upon request, we will prepare a financing or leasing offer for you. If you want to settle an existing vehicle, we need the remaining loan amount from your bank.

You will usually find the financing number on a bank statement.

Vehicle Order & Accessories

If you like our offer, we will issue the order documents. We are also happy to offer you accessories: winter wheels, all-season tires, tow bars, and more.

Vehicle Registration

We offer nationwide registration for just €159.

For registration, we need an eVB number from your insurance. Please note that we have no influence on the processing time of the registration offices.

Payment

Payment can be made via:

  • Cash (please ask about the limit)
  • EC card (please note your card limit)
  • Bank transfer (payment must be received by 7:00 a.m. on the business day before pickup)

Vehicle Handover & Delivery

After registration and completion of all formalities, we prepare the vehicle for handover. Alternatively, we offer nationwide delivery on its own wheels for just €399.

How often do I need to visit the dealership?

You decide. Video call viewings are possible. Nationwide delivery is offered.

Yes, via video call, WhatsApp, or email.

What additional services do you offer?

Do you sell to private customers abroad?

Yes, to both private and business customers residing outside of Germany.

Do you deliver within the EU?

Yes, EU-wide delivery by shipping company is possible.

Is a sale to Switzerland possible?

Yes. Please note the export instructions for third countries.

Export to Algeria, Tunisia, or Morocco?

Yes, this export is also possible.

How does export within the EU to businesses work?

We are happy to assist with each step: 
  • Verification of VAT ID and company legitimacy
  • Export license plates for self-driven transport
  • Short-term insurance and vehicle tax arrangements
  • Registration in the recipient country and sending a copy of the vehicle documents
  • VAT refund

Export Process to a Third Country

  1. Purchase agreement & order
  2. Payment: net price + VAT deposit

  4. Export declaration at customs
  5. Obtain export confirmation at the EU border
  6. Customs retrieve confirmation
  7. Refund of deposit (VAT)
  8. Timeframe: max. 3 months
